The firms principal solicitor Hemant Prakash is a law graduate from the University of Technology, Sydney.  He has been admitted to the Supreme Court  of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia as a barrister and solicitor. He has also been admitted as a Public Notary in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Mr. Prakash paved  his legal career path in 1984, and provided services mainly in public sector organizations including local government industry in New South Wales and the New South Wales Crown Solicitor’s Office. Mr. Prakash has represented various Council’s in Local Courts and District Courts as prosecutor/advocate.

Mr Prakash is also a Lecturer with TAFE NSW teaching in Diploma in Business and Legal Studies The firm has various support staff assisting in conveyancing, family law, wills, probate, power of attorney, sales and purchase of properties.
